Who can become a GradeAchievers
tutor?

Our tutors are renowned for being reliable, passionate and hard-working. They are either final year students or post-grads with at least two years of maths tutoring experience with a minimum of 6hrs/week availability. We also accept candidates with less experience however, in the application process they must show an eagerness to be an exemplary tutor.

Holding at least one of the following sets of credentials helps our team identify you as a top tutor:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a maths related field (or currently studying)
  • Any specialised tutoring qualifications (eg. PTC or Mathematics certifications)
  • Over 2 years of maths tutoring experience

Admission process

Step 1

Start your application

Click apply now and fill out some info about yourself including: education, levels you can tutor and any relevant experience you may have. You can also attach a CV or cover letter. We will then get back to you within 48hrs if you’re successful to arrange a friendly chat.

Interview & introduction

Once you have been interviewed and convinced us of your strengths in your subject area, we’ll help you create a tutor profile. Then, you’ll find out everything about the task ahead before we connect you with potential students.

Using our interactive lesson space you’re now ready to teach the best way you possibly can! You just need to focus on being a great tutor and we’ll take care of the rest. Guaranteeing you a steady stream of students (and income).

Min. 5h/week availability, studying/completed a degree (maths related field), strong internet, a functioning microphone and webcam. In addition a command of maths up to A-Level; also a friendly, confident and a patient manner.
